We Should. I suspect that we will have time for as many as you wish. But I don't want  to speak in definitive terms especially given the weather forcast.

Major Matt, you're absolutely correct in being a Boy Scout on this on. I will continue to pray and wish for good weather.

Well,

Rain, shine or snow, I will be there.  This is my first road trip since...the GAF Shoot in Ackley last year.   I am looking forward to Camp Harstuff too.  As long as the food's hot, it will ALL be good ;)

The food will be hot, the Barracks warm, and I doubt Fort Hartsuff will disappoint you. I've been to a lot of the remaining Indian War Period Army posts and none of them had what we have.

Jerry,

What time does the fun start Saturday morning....would be nice to sleep in without kids barging into the bedroom....also, will lunch be available at the range on Saturday?

Looks like we have a decent window for the weather.  As of now Saturday, 53 and partly cloudy.  Sunday and 60 and Sunny.  Hope the weather ends up cooperatïng.

Hi Major Matt

I'm thinking we'll start shooting about 10:30 That way I acan catch early church and we still should be done to get y'all on the road at a decent time.

Right now I don't have anything lined up for a meal Sunday, so I guess I'll say no to  a meal available at the range sight.
Yeah, the last forcast I saw looked pretty good for the weekend. Now if we could just get a good one for the 2 track meet days this week.

That's OK, Major Matt, I'll bring some extra hardtack, salt horse, vinnegar and molasses for rations on Sunday, you just stop by the bivouac and we can make a right proper Sunday Supper.

We'll work it out when I get there, as long as we have a little wood and can set up at the range. ;)

Del:
Nope!  Not scroungin' fer 'Hook parts, but I sure know where to find a train load of 1990 & newer car & truck parts FREE fer the takin'.  You oughta see the vehicles wrecked & left by the Mexican drug runners & coyotes & the like around the AZ desert!!
Gonna miss your grub, my friend!

Pitspitr & Major Matt:
Have a fine shoot.  Good luck with the weather!

Had a good trip up.  Stopped by The Fort in Lincoln and spent some cash.  It was a pleasure seeing Terry Lane again....Now there somebody with the Cwboy Spirit.

It's pretty country up here.
