Reloading and ammo resource guide
« on: October 12, 2020, 04:12:02 PM »
Late last night there was a "spam" I guess from a new user (1st post) in the "Shooter's Meeting" forum.  At least the guy used good English  :) and I thought the info looked legit so I checked it out.  The post has been removed, or at least I can't find it.  Anyway, the link, which I bookmarked, was www.bulkcheapammo.com and what it does is check a bunch of businesses' websites and lets you know what ammo (and reloading stuff and magazines) is in stock at various places.   Some of their sources I've never heard of but some were well-known like Brownells and Cabelas.  Anyway, I checked out the reloading section for primers (none, but a number of percussion caps available here and there), and powder, and it pointed me to Natchez Shooting Supply where I ordered an 8 lb. keg of Winchester WST.  The bulkcheapammo site only listed a 1 lb. bottle but when I went to Natchez site I saw they had various sizes.  Just an FYI since some of this stuff is hard to find.
