My LGS texted yesterday my new S&W 643 was in from the distributor.
I did not see the text till until 4:40PM so I'll go pick it up later this morning.
With summer approaching it will be my go-to CCW rather than the Mod 36 I've (below) have been toting.

Ill edit with a photo when it is in hand.

Beautiful. I love that "wide skirt" look. Many thanks for sharing your fine work with us.

Last time I was in Baltimore I swung by the grocery store to pick up some Tastycake pies and had to pay .05 each for the 2 paper bags I needed. Baltimore County’s silliness. FYI.

My 625 smith [.452 boolits] is very accurate. When I bought a beautiful used 45colt Anaconda I found that it patterned instead of grouped. Why I got a deal. After much experimenting I eventually discovered that .454 boolits would group, any other diameter would pattern.

I'll throw my load in the pot.  8)
Lee 160gr RN on top of 10gr of 700-X. That gives me about 1400fps.
I use 700-X because I have quite a bit of it. I use it for a lot of my pistol loads also.

Thank you gents, hope you are all well this morning. Sunny here right now, supposed to hit 76 today with rain coming in this afternoon. Day off today with the Missus out of town. Goal for today is cleaning the reloading bench and a couple of hours working on the model trains.
