Afternoon all.

80 and humid today.  Didn't get any shooting done yesterday, but maybe today.

In my Beretta, I use Winchester White Box JHP for defensive purposes. I had the opportunity to observe an autopsy on a fellow who had been shot with those, and I decided then that more expensive hollow points wouldn't be necessary for my 9mm needs. In 32, the story may be different.

Its like a series ...when a minor change in the production is added, they added the - and the next number to the Model number.

Finally got to shoot for the first time in months today. It felt really good to get some trigger time.  In going to try and go again after work Tuesday to put some rounds through the keltec.

I can see that point for many I suppose, I enjoy my work it so its not work.

It is creative , kinda like your Dutch oven cooking , you enjoy the work and people enjoy and apricate your labor, that has your reward in many ways.

Course It was nice to recharge the batteries some.

I know, right?! Every day is Saturday.

But the downside is, time becomes an Einsteinian adventure. Often need to ask wife what day this is.

If I was still at The Fort I'd of went part time.  Getting away from the gas station was a good thing, I would have ended up biting someone.

Income for us both is about the same as working, may look for some PT towards fall.

I could retire, but I like my groove.... also "SHE" is 10 years younger, she can get SS starting in OCT. 2019 ...but Medicare would be 4 years hence.

My insurance covers her, so to be safe , I keep my hand in ... ...but I say this,  I may rethink my option in 2020 and go PT in the same position but more adviser than day to day...

I think Id bore if I just , stopped

I didn?t want to retire - the last employer decided all of us old farts were a risk and booted us. Since then my health will not allow for me to work. Or I would be. Mostly cause of Suzannes insurance. Sheis too young for SS.

Was able to renew my ccw on line today, paid for it and only need to go by Sheriff s office.
