Good morning, 39 here right now and foggy, supposed to hit a balmy 45 here today. I wish the weather here would just cool off and stay cool, these temp bounces work nasty stuff on my back. Okay, enough grumbling, toasting you all with my coffee cup! Have a good day.

Bi-annual routine vampire visit, had to fast, 15 min in & out @ Labcorp TM
Then made up for it at a local breakfast cafe.

Morning all.

20 degrees and foggy this morning in Missoula.

Plans for today include training a new guy at work and trying to stay warm.

As the Great Hickok45 would say: That’s all I got to say about that.

Quick cup of cofffee and off to go grocery shopping.  Took yesterday off, was tired and sore, did 3 good days on cleaning the house for me, in regular people terms that is over half a day at least, still progress.  Rita got a job that starts tomorrow being a sample lady at Costco so shut up and try this. ;D  20 or so hours a week.  How 4 years change thing, pays better than what she was getting at the state after several years, buys less that her old wage, amazing what changes in 4 years.  Id like to find something but Rita, Drs and me say I'm not ready to yet, beggaining to think it ain't going to happen.

Good morning all. 50 here right now supposed to get to 60 if I believe the weather prognosticators. Foggy as all get out, we are gonna get that storm that hit Texas and Oklahoma last night mid-day today. Worked yesterday, off today and then work Wed, Fri and Saturday. Slim, stay warm, TK be careful and Del, wish the Missus good luck for us. Del, you will get strength back, just keep doing your therapy. Major and Johnny hope you have a good one too.

Got about 3.5 inches of the evil frozen white stuff Sunday into Monday, it's starting to melt, But the weather liars are saying that there's another storm on it's way starting Thursday that could bring up to 20 inches. Not sure of the track yet, but I have a feeling we will get hit hard. Y'all stay warm and healthy.

Spent the day yesterday getting supplies stocked up for us and BIL.  Left at 10 and got home at 7, ran other errands also, should be at home most the day.

Ran into two old friends I hadn't seen in several years, one lost all communication with him.  He retired about the same time, has survived lung cancer and prostate cancer, we decided we are both survivors.

Morning all, 54 here today and temps dropping. Still raining off and on, working today, Friday and Saturday this week at least as one of our regulars now has the flu. That leaves only 2 of us that have missed out on it so far. Nice day yesterday, the Missus and I just stayed in and drank coffee and watched old movies. Check out "Another Man's Poison" I am not much of a Bette Davis fan, but this was a good movie with a GREAT plot twist.

Good morning all, slim, you try to stay warm today! 29 here right now, supposed to hit 44 and sunny. Gonna be pretty much like this the next 10 day they say. Gotta go in to work again this afternoon, one of our regulars is sick and the Boss is fighting something too. Think I'll just spray em all down with Lysol when I get there.

There is widow liquidating her late husband's eclectic collection of antique & Milsurp's.
I believe I had met the gent once, but I had not known of his passing several years ago, I'm told. :(

There were about 6-7 Rifles, Argentine Mauser carbine, Carl Gustave 1905 Mauser, a SKS
a Siamese Mauser, MAS 39, two other bolt guns of the hunting verity.  that's wat I remember anyway.

I was more interested in the two pistols a Savage 1907 in 32 ACP and an Argentine manufactured military 1911.

I had thing for the kewl little Savage and made it home with it .

Coolish this morning low of 49 degrees...

Today's aginda is to render inert, French 8mm Lebel Hotchkiss ammo on Strips, donated to the Museum.
I'll pull the bullets and empty the charge, It's a liability thing no live ammo on site.
Sadly we don't have the gun just the strips, but I have these gun photos from the web, and I print them
for display with the Ammo.

Then fiddle with my new to me Savage 1907 and get it reassembled,  :P

Morning all.

15 and snowy in the Missoula valley today.  Nothing particularly exciting on the agenda for today. Go to my paid job and then go feed the paycheck to a horse (and shovel up last week’s check). ::)

Good morning all. 30 here right now, supposed to hit 44 today. Gotta run by and get my truck's registration sticker renewed on my way to the gun store today. The Boss may be out sick today too, so we are running really short on warm bodies. Hope y'all can stay warm today and have a good one.

Be especially vigilant this Holliday season, SCAMMERS are in full ON mode !  >:(

I just got a call from area code 855 ...I know most of the 800 codes 866 etc. but had not seen 855 before.
My phone will screen most as "SCAM Likely" ..but this 855 rang through and posted with the number.
I refused it, but I looked up 855 area location...

most likely CAMBODIA origin thru a US (almost Anyware in the US) exchange,
100% BS call, NO reason except larceny for anyone in Cambodia to call me.

I believe Scamming should be a capital punishment crime, maybe 240 amp's Shot through the phone earpiece...

EDIT 3rd one today this one 844 area code ...

Gonna see if I can hunt down a fir tree and drag it in the house.
