Title: Appointments in the Department of the Pacific, Division of the Pacific Northwest

Good Morning, All;

I have the honor to report the following appointments within the Department of the Pacific, Division of the Pacific Northwest:

Bvt Captain Douglas Cedar is hereby promoted to Bvt Lieutenant Colonel, and appointed Commanding Officer, Division of the Pacific Northwest.

Bosun Pete is hereby promoted to Acting Chief Petty Officer, and appointed Senior NCO, Division of the Pacific Northwest.

Please join me in congratulating these gentlemen, and lending them your full support in their efforts to recruit and revitalize the Division of the Pacific Northwest.

Additional appointments in the Divisions of the California and the Alaska will be forthcoming.
