Heh, heh, heh! I cain't wait, what great people and what a great shoot!! Mom and Dad (Wanda and Louie) and Auntie Faye-Faye and Uncle Louis (Barbara Blue Eyes and Cumberland Lou) willl be there too!! Should be a hoot, even though they don't shoot the Holy (properly capitalized) Black.

Then on to Land Run in Oklahoma, needed to go see my Mom in Missouri and Land Run is close(only 550 miles ferther than Mom's house) besides I git hugs from Querida Kate and Trina don't mind.

August - MD BP Championship - Don't have ta take off from work so probably.

September - Appalachian Showdown, WV State Championship. Yep
October - Mason Dixon Stampede - of course.
- Star City Shootout, VA State Championship We got ta defend our titles

November - Uprising at Swearing Creek - If there is any way possible

Hoping to do most of them matches on your list too.

The one day BP match in Md was so much fun this past summer - we just got to do it again!!!

We had a pretty great Fire and Brimstone turn out last summer - be great to see it grow!!

(She had a broke extractor lever).

Now I can git back and rolling wit her. She is more fun than the coach gun.

What is the date and location of the WV shoot? I will be in Maryland for Defenders Day at Ft. McHenry and another 1812 at Jefferson-Patterson Park the following weekend. Wouldn't be too difficult to stick in the proper clothes and guns and lots of smokey ammo!

Wow! That is the week after my second MD event. Just need to find a place to pitch my tent and get a shower once and a while!

I'm a real stinker some times, but don't want to be real stinky at all!

Where in WV will it be?? Can a non SASS feller shot in the match?? Got enough guns, but am not a member of SASS. Thanks for the info!!

Since it is the SASS WV State Championship, SASS membership is required.
This year's info does not seem to be posted yet but you can go to: www.wvcass.org and click on the menu item "Showdown".

Trina was at work and I didn't even git ta see him shoot. I was always at the unloading table or putting my guns away when he shot. I could see the smoke and hear the roar from them old armys that he was shootin.

Got ah pair o' 44 cal C&Bs I'm gonna put up fer sale now that I got me ah pair of .36 58 Remmies...

One is a Rodgers & Spencer, tha other a 58 Remmie... got two spare cylinders for the Remington.
