Went out Sunday and shot some rounds through my '75 Outlaw. I friggin' love this gun!! ;D

I love my pair of 44-40's!
-
They're so much fun I've gotten nine of them over the years, from 38 Special Serial no. 10, one 357, 3 45s. 3 44s and a parts to build up gun. Somehow I can just never seem to part with a gun. ;D

Yep, gotta love the Remmies.....Frank James had it right!
-
They're even better with coil springs in um!! ( shhhh . . . they'll make a Ruger blush!!)

The lock work seems stronger on an 1875 Rem than a Colt SAA .. I am a fan :)

I love my pair of 7 1/2" barrel ,44-40"s, especially with slimmer aftermarket grips.

I shot one for about ten years. It occasioned some muzzle damage and was shortened to 5 1/2", replaced the front sight at the same time so it shot to POA. Didn't like BP loads, but with a smokeless load that duplicated the original load, it was a great gun. I always liked the web under the barrel, it gave me confidence that the ejector would be protected if I wrapped it around some miscreant's head!
