It's from "Iceland" it's part animated and part live, the hero rides around in a blimp and can't do nuthin' but gymnastics, his name is Sportacus.  Rodney Rotten is the bad guy but wears really cool striped pants and vest.  spotacus, rodney and some lady with a bad wig are real actors, the rest anre some wierd puppet type animation.

Now, I've never been much of a mooner myself, but I've had some friends from your neighboring land of Spain that did enjoy a good moon.   ... and they had never been to the States before, so don't blame it on that!  ;D ;D ;D

I mooned a young yuppie about 25 years ago, he came out of a liquer store with a 12 pack of light beer, we were pickin' up another keg.  He pointed the two of us out to his girlfriend in the car like the damned fool had never seen a couple a guys in cowboy hats, bib overalls drinkin' beer out of quart mason jars.  So since he followed us out of the driveway i mooned him. ;D ;D ;D
