Over the past year I have made multiple attempts to contact him about buying a couple of his Big Lube moulds. Never got a reply.

Thanks for all the info, y'all. Just an update, I took her to my gunsmith today and did a successful test fire. She times up just right and goes bang.

I fitted a front sight so now I just need to install a proper rear sight and replace the missing screws.

Falling down never a good thing. I'm supposed to be extra cautious about that & I also had surgery last Friday. Nothing over 8 lb for 6 weeks to prevent stitches opening or worse a hernia. Figure that means I'm ok to shoot a lightweight 22 & take short walks as long as don't slip.

I'll get to green pastures & spring one way or another 😁 👍
Hang in there Pard. I fall down going up steps....I need a new back I think so I can lift my feet higher!

Yeah, me too Crow Choker. He used to be here almost daily and I've used, with satisfaction, some of his products over the years. Starting to realize a number of regulars have been MIA recently.

Anybody ever talk with Dick or know about any situation.? He hasn't posted for quite awhile, used to be one of the biggest posters on the Darkside. Hope he is OK.
Do you recall the story and incident ref Rudy Kazootie Jubal?
According to my calculations, Rudy has about six more years to do on that chain gang.

The No. 4 should definitely go in one of the “Commonwealth” portions of the display, but a Sten would also be good …. (If either the No. 4 or the Sten are Long Branch production, that would be ideal for the Canadian.)

First car was a Karmann Ghia, floor shift. Second car was a Studebaker Lark, 4 on the column.

I taught my wife to drive on a floor shift Datsun pick-up. She'd only driven automatics up until then.
