Border stamp - Meanea holster from PACKING IRON

Does anyone know if there is a stamp available like the border stamp on the Meanea holster on the cover (and page 120)?

I haven’t been able to make it out enough to identify it.

I haven't seen one like that but you could modify a stamp similar to this one to get the desired impression. It would need to be the right size to work for your purposes, though.
