Title: Uberti model P 22Lr conversion kit

Does anyone have experience with the .22 conversion kits Uberti offers for there Saa clone? I recently picked up a Cimarron model P which I believe was made in 1998. I’m not for sure if the gun was ever even shot. If it was, the previous owner took excellent care of it. With the scarcity of reloading supplies I would like to conserve what I have. So I’m looking at buying one of the kits Since I have plenty of 22 ammo and there doesn’t seem to be a short supply of it. Also does anyone know if there was any changes made to the gun over the years that would prevent the kit from being used in an older model?

Just came across this post…did you ever find a 22 conversion kit for your Uberti?
I have a Cattleman ‘73  w/ 4.75 barrel and I cant find a 22 conversion kit.
