The Undefeated - a movie with enough plotlines for a sequal

Watched this movie on Grit I believe a while back. Though for a John Wayne movie, it's good but a tad corny. Sure seemed the way that movie ended. There were enough subplots to have taken the John Wayne character and Mrs Langdon marrying and starting that Oklahoma ranch along with the Indian son and Rock Hudsons daughter there as well. Along with Rock Hudson and his bunch returning home to deal with rebuilding their lives in the old South amid Reconstruction. The world of Hollywood was much different back then. Just some musings on a Sunday afternoon.
