If you did, and still have the factory one, pm me and maybe we can horse trade?   I lost part of mine at GAF.   Looking for one slender piece from it.

Have you thought about changing it out to an original sight?  Yours is a carbine?

I have the rifle configuration.  I have thought about an original sight, but that would involve drilling/tapping and finding someone to do it.  For now I was going with what I hoped would be a quicker fix.   The piece I am missiing is attached, (my sketch).   Worst case scenario, this may not be beyond my crafting capabilities.     Also attached is my proposed item to "horse trade"   It is a green river knife, hafted in mesquite.   The handle is a little beefier for my hands.

I didn't realize Pedersoli used different hole spacing.

I could not find out for sure.  I know Pedersoli purchased H&R's tooling/set up and I read where some original parts were interchangeable and some were not.   It was going to be an option, just a bit later.

So update though, I had reached out to Pedersoli, but it took a bit of email exchanges, and the picture of what I had absolutely lost, but happily they had one and it is in the mail (probably take 4 weeks from Italy to here, wife did offer to go get it herself, first time she took an interest in this stuff).   Interestingly, it is not a part that is ever offered, I lucked into them having a sight that was not up to specs and this just sitting there.    Either way, Pedersoli was great in the customer service.

So, even though I have one, this offer still stands, as having a spare does not seem like a bad idea.

I've had good luck with them, as well.  Can you measure the distance between the sight holes?

Paul, I replaced the sight on a Pedersoli T.D. carbine with an original carbine on the recommendation of GAF members. No drilling or tapping required, direct replacement.

Very cool that Pedersoli stepped up to help!

Thanks Scotty, good to know and I will be on the look out for an original sight.  VTI had the screw I lost, but not the other piece.   According to Pedersoli, they are not offered separate from the complete sight.   Luckily they had one.

Thanks to you all.   Hoping the mail cooperates.   When we were in Italy in 2019, postcards mysteriously went through Malaysia and arrived ~4 weeks after they were sent.   Just need it by October for the KVC Buffalo Shoot.

October 6-7.    There is a .22 and full out buffalo shoot.   Targets are in the 170-250 yd range, knock down, or 2 hits required to count.   Camping is an option, and there is a hotel ~12 miles away (Lebo Inn (formerly Wyatt Earp Inn))  Last year Dave Sielert had his chuckwagon going.   This year I am told there will not be the same issue with the paint color on the Big Shaggies.

Lost the rear sight slider (ladder) on my Pedersoli Trapdoor carbine.  Unfortunately Pedersoli doesn't sell tht part separately, so I had to order a complete new ear sight.  3 months and still waiting one it.

FWIW. Lost the screw and slider back at a GAF Muster on my TD Pedersoli carbine. Pedersoli quoted $100 plus shipping. Found an 'original' rifle sight on ebay for less than half, however holes do not line up. May be able to ream out one sight hole or not use the ladder. :(
