Good morning folks. The Missus and I are heading to Jupiter Florida in a little while. Getting away and gonna catch a couple of Cardinals' Spring Training games. Should be a nice trip, the truck is scrubbed, I'm reasonably clean, so we are good to go.

Oh, by the way, if you are retired, can you still call it a vacation?

The Missoula valley finally decided to get above freezing. 35 degrees and sunny. I spent my weekend in the service of Uncle Sam,  much of which involved getting the rib re-examined by a military doc. Their prognosis is “yep. Still broke.” Thanks doc. It did get me out of the PT test though. 

In other news, Mrs. TK and I are leaving Missoula for good next week. So that will require a bit of work to get ready so quickly, but we’re making good headway.

Since the abrupt leaving of the other curator, my work week schedule has altered.
At first, I covered my usual Wednesday, Saturday and also Sunday was needed.
This week and going forward, I'll cover only Sat & Sun, this is much to my likening.
 I avoid much of the work a day week & school bus traffic. 

Temps to drop about 10 degrees tomorrow and thru the weekend.
Party cloudy but little or no rain predicted.

Another friend of mine passed away in the night, he collapsed on Sunday, he was 70.

2019 at our Gathering for our FB group at RCS. 


In August we were in the hospital at the same time 3 doors apart.  Him and Mary came in, Ron in a wheel chair and Pitspiter was already there.  The nurse that came in a couple times and checked on us said she wish she could stay and be a mouse in the corner.  She said it was much better than any history class she ever sat in on. 


Ron, like most of us had many talents among them he was good at several fires starting methods.   


Worked with Boy Scouts for about 50 years as a leader.
