Any NCOWS in the Western North Carolina area?

I've been real interested in checking out a NCOWS event for years (even have an NCOWS mug!), but it seems like all the clubs are out west.

Any clubs in the NC/SC/TN area?

Knuckles, thanks for the interest in NCOWS.  First I have no official standing besides that of being the Territorial Representative for my local posse.

I don't know but I think the closest posse to Tennessee is in Kentucky which just was formed last year if I remember right.  I would suggest that you go to the Frontier Spot web site at  frontierspot.org and check out the "sticky" about starting your own posse at the NCOWS page there.

About a month ago I got an email from French Jack of the Johnson Co. Rangers that shoot in Paintsville, KY. He said there is a posse that has started the process of chartering an NCOWS posse in the Boone, NC, area.

Also you might contact Joss House over at the Frontier Spot.  He started a NCOWS posse in California and he can give you some tips.
