Well, here we go again.

Wife's car was wrecked and we had to buy a new one.  Insurance nowhere near covered the cost.

My car blew the transmission and would cost more  to fix than the car was worth, so I ended up with a new car.

Washing machine stripped all of its gears tonight.  Gotta buy a new one.  Drier is likely on its last legs, too.

Wife is going to Ireland in about ten days.

Hope she has a good time but money just got might tight for a spell.

About once a year it seems like things just pile on.

well finally, something I can't really complain about. Our personal and property tax has held steady now for almost as long as we've lived here in Arkansas and they are talking about bringing it down a little this next year.

I've got two birthdays, a major holiday and tax on my car coming. :(    Then right after the new year a trip to Texas for my Father's 60th.

Probably flying into San Antonio.  Boerne doesn't have an airport...  Just antique stores and a bunch of San Antonians.

Got a guy from Tejas Po'ed at me one day, he was goin' on 'bout Custer disobeyin' orders and causin' the massy-curr.  (He strectched them but didn't disobey) I said so if it works out it's OK but if it don't yer a heel.  He asked what I meant and I just said Alamo. ;D
