Request for photo(s) - as usual, I was too busy (and heat fatigued) to get any photos this year. I am asking anyone who took a photo of me in my full Artillery uniform to send me a copy (as high-res as possible) to my e-mail address: grantrombough (at) shaw (dot) ca ... given here in ?cleverly disguised form in an attempt to fool the web crawler ?bots, although they have likely become too sophisticated for it to succeed ...

My favorite part is reconnection with everyone!

Here! Here!  It is always good to reconnect (thanks, Quick Fire, for taking such good care of me).  The skirmishes and the people were all fun, although the weather (upper 90s and very humid) nearly did me in once or twice.  Gotta toughen up I guess.

Hi

If anybody took a picture of Drydock with his Rooster Butt hat, uniform, Vetterli, and x pistsol, please post.  A guy at work, who is a potential recruit, asked if anybody shot any weird cool stuff.  I think he meant a step or so past a Trapdoor, Winchester 73 or a Krag.  I'm sure Drydock's Vetterli and Rooster Butt hat qualifies.

It sounds like y'all had fun.   I am still stuck here in Everett, WA.   Still getting equipment and Kit together, since my household stuff is in Iowa, (long story).  I there be any video of the action?   Type at Y'all later.

I lived at Marysville for 7 years when I was a kid.

There will be video. I had a drone come in and film part of it.

In the mean time there is video of previous musters on youtube.

;D Yeah I really intended to, but that was one of the things I forgot.
(After the match I always have a list of things I forgot, but I think it was shorter this year)

I'm already working on a list for you and me.😆

In all seriousness the big one on your list is 1 step at the cabin door to cut the drop in half.  A couple of us old pharts had a bit of trouble with that.

Just west of Rhome off US Highway 287 along State Highway 114. The cemetery still has an odd glow on moonless nights.
