First of the year we are retiring to Arkansas and will be close enough to go to a Tandy Leather in Little Rock for some classes. Looking forward to some instruction in person.
-
Congratulations. There are some beautiful areas in Arkansas. Looking forward to seeing your leather work as you get more into it.
-
Congrats on the retirement.

Congrats on retiring. But, a warning, I seem to have had more free time when working than I do now that I am retired. ???
-
So true - and I didn't believe it when the other retirees told me the same thing. But it is a fact ;D

I actually retired over 3 years ago, we are waiting on the Missus to hit December 31 so she can leave with pension and health insurance. Closed on our new home 10 days ago so we are getting a couple things done before we take more stuff down there.
-
Congrats to the missus, then. Also congrats to both of you on the move. It's always fun to learn a new area.

:) PLUS ONE too All of the Above ;)
I've been retired for about five years now. It's actually my third retirement. Third time was the charm as I am now Really, Fully, Completely and forever RETIRED. Now I wonder??? Just how did I ever find the time to Work?? Really strange phenomenon. Play as hard as you worked.

Well, on the books , I'm retired ...all the motions .... SS , Medicare , no salary, no one to boss or be bossed
yada yada
Except "HER" ;)
Technically , I'm on "pandemic dictated layoff" furlough if you will, I would like to going back ,
but the trade show industry is flatlined till this covid crap is done .

Back in February I took a part time job at a bank. Covid hit, 2 of the full time people retired and I wound up full time! We finally got two replacements so I am now back to 20 hours a week, at least once I go back, just had surgery on my arm, so off til October.
