Title: Stoeger sxs trigger pull...
Post by: flatapple on December 16, 2019, 03:26:51 PM
I have recently purchased a used Stoeger sxs 410 shotgun. The trigger pull is a little on the heavy side. Is there any way to lighten the pull?

Is it a single or a double trigger version ?

If it is a single trigger version, I suspect that it will start doubling on you if you lighten the trigger pull.

To be honest, I personally never even notice the trigger pull on a shotgun. You don't typically "Squeeze" a shotgun trigger. You pretty much jerk it.

If you have a double trigger Stoeger and you "Squeeze" the trigger, even with factory springs, it will usually double on you.
