Somehow I don't think Stacey Keech was all that convincing as a sufferer of tuberculosis, but it was a good move despite that minor glitch.

Stacy Keach was a better "Doc" than I'd expected.   And Dunaway was a pretty good "dove" . . . a well soiled one in the beginning . . . a little too fancy and clean later on.  But that is "hollywierd" . . . wasn't meant to be hysterically accurate.

They are both fine actors. Faye Dunaway was superb in Bonnie and Clyde.

Well finally made it to the end of "Doc" . . . ( viewing a little more each day ). . . . . and was real disapointed with the gunfight in the vacant lot besides Fly's Boarding House  ( more commonly known as the gunfight at the OK Corral ).   Not well filmed im my opinion.  And of course not hysterically accurate at all.  But then in '71 not much had been done as far as actual research into whut accurred that day.   Anyhow . . a watchable film that I hadn't seeen befur.   :)

On a scale of 1 - 10... I gave it a 5.  Stacy is a good actor and Faye is good "eye-candy"   ;)
