Just picked up my Uberti 1873 Special Sporting Rifle yesterday and was surprised to find the tang will need drilling and tapping for the second tang sight screw.
Will get a photo up shortly.

Um Ah ..... well .... "Normal." Uberti doesn't drill the upper tang for a Tang Sight.

I actually drill and tap both holes for a tang sight like an original Winchester.
