What happened on October 26, 1881?
This year is the 125th anniversary of the gunfight at the OK Corral! Colonel Shep kindly provided some great scenarios he wrote for the Capital City Cowboys October shoot 9 years ago based on the movie Tombstone! This shoot was cleverly put together in a dime novel format. Today, many say Tombstone is just full of ghosts. Combining those two ideas, we've got the perfect shoot for this October's Wild West West Meets Halloween shoot - a fun and special tribute to Tombstone and the OK Corral! Everyone coming to shoot get's their own "Dime Novel"!
DON'T MISS IT! SUNDAY, OCTOBER 22 - 9:30 am SAFETY MEETING with shoot to follow.
COME ON OUT FOR SOME FUN, LOTS OF LAUGHS, AND OF COURSE, SOME GOOD SHOOTING!!
NO EXCUSES - weather is looking dry with a high of 51 and some wind - Wear your WILD WEST COSTUME and come out to play!
6 STAGES - 60 rifle, 60 pistol, 25 shotgun and you should be good to go.
See ya at the range!
