Title: Intersecting carry rig for rodeo shooting

I saw this in a photo today and found it interesting.   A photo of a friends late father standing with his horse and wearing two revolvers.   The rig is intriguing, I know he was into rodeoing .

Looks like a mounted shooting rig.
