1858 Rem. sight on 1851 Navies

Howdy,
     I have two 1851 ASM Navies that shoot high. I have some sights from Dixie Gun Works that are made for the 1858 Remington.I have had these sights installed on two of my 1858 Rem. Pietta's with great success.  My questions are,1) has anybody installed these sights on any 1851 Navies and 2) are they SASS legal? Does anybody have any other ideas? Thanks.
