Title: meteor BP ???

 I have a full 1lb. can of Meteor BP,, the printed letters telling what grade ( ffg -fffg ) has rubbed off ,,, so how do i tell ?? I don't do BP and not sure how to tell.

Dump a little out, compare it to other brands for size. That is how it is graded.

Wildman,, it's the only can of bp I got ???I do smokeless ,,, but I think I can very faintly see FFG ,, it came in a box of stuff. Thanks for the reply.

Then that leaves ya in puddle. I guess I can measure some and post it later if that would help. 4f is very fine,. Harzer (reenactor) has multiple sizes in it.

I found my chart:
Cannon 4.56-1.68mm
1f 1.68-1.19
2f 1,19-.59
3f .84-.29
4f .42-.15

If its any use most FF grain size would be a tad bigger than the diameter of the flakes of Red Dot --FFF maybe a tad smaller - FFFFgrains about the same as bricklayers sand
