Lee die ,, " history "

 I have been getting lube dents in some of my 40/60 brass ,, sooo ,, thought it " are " time to clean & inspect the FL die,, YIKE"S,, there is a deep gouge about 5/32-3/16 " long , just before the shoulder angle,, been loading w/ these LEE dies about 5 yrs. Guess it's time for a new set ,,, any recommendations other than Lee ,, where to get and average pricing .

Slamfire,
     I got some 45-60 dies by RCBS about 2011.  They were relatively expensive then, but were the only ones I could find at the time.  It seems that now everybody and his brother make them, but I would still spring for the relatively high dollar dies as the 1876 is my favorite rifle,  and I want dies that will last a long time.  For the last eight years they've been very good for me.

 WELLLL ! the search IS ( WAS ) ON ,, FOR A NEW SET OF 40-60 Win. DIES ,, found a set ( finally ) at Precision ,, Lyman ( # 7460507 , on sale  ), anyone else reloading w/ this set of dies ,, all comments excepted .
