I am selling ten Ballard 12-gauge brass shotshells, 2 7/8 inches long.  These use regular 209 shotshell primers.

I don't have the heart to cut these down for shorter chambers, so I'm selling them.

These are the thick-walled shells, like those made by Rocky Mountain Cartridge.  It's my understanding that Ballard Rifle & Cartridge sold this part of the business to RMC, so these are basically RMC thick-walled shells.  These weight almost two ounces apiece, and it would take a gorilla to accidentally crush them in your fingers.  A careless boot might do it -- but it might not.  (I ain't testing it, but I bet if ya stepped on it, ya could straighten it and keep using it IF it was bent at all--but ya'd probably have to step on it the other way to straighten it!)

These have a little discoloring on some of them.  Maybe it's a black powder stain; maybe it came from the bubble wrap they're packaged in; maybe it's neither.  But you could probably use them a hundred times and wet tumble them, and they'd look and function like new.

Pictures 3 and 4 show the same ten shells, but each shell is rotated about 180 degrees so you can see the other side.

RMC currently lists these at $131 for a box of 10.  Now, nobody wants to pay $131 for ten shotshells, so I'm listing these at $50 plus shipping.  Shipping is a flat $10; I will combine with my other listings.

I prefer payment by GunTab (I will cover all fees), PayPal or Zelle, or money order or cashier's check.

Pictures of the second box.  That's just a reflection on the four shells in the third picture.  That is the discolored shell in the last picture though.

Edit: Sold to Horn Ridge!

I am selling two boxes (more or less) of Magtech 12 gauge brass shotshells.  These are all boxer-primed and take large pistol primers.  Length is approximately 2 7/16 inches.

The first set of 25 are still in the box, but the box is opened and I don't know if they've been used.  $25 plus shipping for the box of 25.

The second set of 24 don't come with the box; they come in a tray for 12 gauge shells.  One of these is a bit discolored on the head, so I'm discounting it a dollar, although I'm guessing it will work just fine and probably clean right off in a tumbler if you feel the need.  $23 plus shipping for 24 shells.

Add a flat $10 for shipping for any number of items.  I will combine shipping with my other listings.

I prefer payment by GunTab (I will cover all fees), PayPal or Zelle, or money order or cashier's check.

Good Troy lives outside of Houston.  He posts here somewhat regularly.  I live northwest of Lubbock and put on an NCOWS match once a month at the Gruesome Gulch Gang range north of Plainview.  But as my mothers family was from Karnes County, I know how far a trip that would be for you.

Good Troy is in the preliminary stages of planning a GAF Muster in Texas, possibly next Spring? I'm not sure of the location, Troy lives on the Southern coast. I think he said the location would be a couple hours North of him. Hopefully he will see this and share details as they evolve.

I bought mine, at Sportsmans Warehouse in Lady Lake, FL.
That was back when they advertised they were "closing the branch"  ???
I think that was in 2016, They had storewide bargain sales at close out prices.

They had 6- 1 lbs. bottles of Shockey’s Gold, they said I could not buy all 6 (something about be fair to other customers) so I bought 4,
Anyway, I still have 2 bottles unopened, and one I have opened.

Funny thing Sportsmans Warehouse in Lady Lake, FL. its still open for business, what's the deal about final closing was about I don't have clue  :-\
