Has to be "Hill Street Blues".   I watched this before I put the badge on.  I would have loved to have a watch sergeant like Phil Esterhaus.  Our narcs did have a Bleker.

 Police Woman. They always found some excuse to get her into a bathing suit. What legs she had.

Hill Street Blues.  Plus it had a cool theme song.  Couldn't complain about the public defender much either. ;D
