JU-Kar was Spanish trade name in the 70's and mid 80's (CVA) Connecticut Valley Arms importer as was Miami based Firearms Import and Export Corp. (FIE ) Kit and questionably fit & finished guns.
They made CVA s line of muzzle loaders, and I recall SAA & C&B made with FIE and CVA stamps.

I think there has been a lot of miscommunication here. I have no idea what a "Jukar" is. Never heard of it until you mentioned it in your post. I don't care what make it is, as long as it is a reproduction of an 1860 Colt percussion. When I use the term "junker", that means it can be rusty, missing internal parts and non-shooting condition. I do need it to be complete externally, cylinder, frame, back strap and trigger guard, loading leaver and 8" barrel.
