Ah yes, didn't realize you got the wider hammer, that definitely is harder to find new in a 4-clicker.

The Pietta revolvers are still four click - they get away with that by telling users to only load five cartridges and let the hammer rest on an empty chamber as the Colt does. Uberti could do the same thing if they wanted to.

I checked the other sources and did not find any stock - I was buying the wide hammer, the wide trigger, and the cylinder. GP / Numrich had the hammer and the cylinder in stock - it took maybe a year for the trigger to show up. I was not dissatisfied with the prices.

Well, I done it again! A HK USP 45 hit the shop last week, the price was right so home it came. These guns are brutes, but I still have a holster that fits from a previous one I was talked out of by a Williamson County Deputy.

Well it was 78 and sunny here today, just a beautiful day. Praying for all of you getting clobbered. Picked up a HK USP 45 today at the shop, these are awesome guns if you have big hands.

Quote from: RoyceP on Yesterday at 08:58:29 AMI don't think the 1968 law has anything to do with it.

Interesting,  how so? Otherwise,  it would have been a  "4 clicker" to begin with.

We had an enjoyable evening in Jasper, Alabama. Went to a restaurant in their historic downtown district. It was in an old, abandoned warehouse. We parked next to a 117-year-old Confederate Monument. After dinner, I sat on a bench and in front of me was the 1978 Indy Pace Car Corvette.

If I wanted (for example) a sharps 1863 original, I would start with collector forums and the civil war skirmisher forums. So for a winchester, The only other places I can think of would be legitamit winchester collector forums.

Since that is not my area of interst I fear I must leave it to the OP to ferret them out on his own.

Its a long hard row to hoe, full of rocks and scammers and thieves and and you are only just beginning.
