Always get the water for the coffee upstream from the herd.

Made a mile and a half today, skipped yesterday because was having leg cramps.  Not sure the time, I stopped and sat on the block wall about 10-15 minutes at F Street Park and rested my legs.  Got home and BP was 131 over 83 and HR of 100, rested about 5 minutes and was down to 100 over 71 with a HR of 91.

Evening all.

Life here on Sheppard has been somewhat different of late. As in, they closed all the stores to those of us in training except for just a couple hours on the weekends. So apparently the solution to this issue was a huge block party Friday and Saturday nights. That ended with 19 airmen arrested for underage drinking, and one for urinating on the Installation Command Chief Master Sargent.
So that all complicates my life as an E-3, because reasons. I wasn't on duty, or in the area, but I'm getting chewed out for it. So that's fun.

Thanks for the coffee.

Little rain last nite and temps are more seasonal.
Calling for additional rain today.

Been starting seedlings will be setting things out the next couple weeks.

Didn't walk today, legs were cramping this morning, will hit it tomorrow.  Plan/goal is on May 1st to take Little Brown Dog out to the wildlife management area 12 miles from home and work in the dog training area.  A lot of memories at that place, Riley will be #4 to train there and most likely my last one.

13 years ago, he was a handsome lad in his youth.
