I have a couple of USFA's that I consider "collectable."  First, and foremost, is a .38 cal.,  1851 Navy Richards Mason conversion.  It is my understanding that no more than 35 of these were made before USFA abandoned the project.  The presentation case was made by Bill Shumate at www.billscases.com . The USFA label was modified by me.  The macro setting on my camera caused a bit of distortion to the picture.

My other collectable is one of the now discontinued 16" Buntlines with skeleton shoulder stock.

So...  What USFA guns would you consider to be "collectable?"  Any one of their percussion revolvers?  First models of the Omni-Potent?  The Henry Nettleton series?

Beautiful guns, CW. How 'bout a bigger pic so we can see the engraving a little better? Are you registered with USFACSS yet? If not, let me know and I 'll add you to the list.

I am registered with the forum, but not with USFACSS.  I took the pix with my camera phone as I have no other way to do it other than my wifes 12 MegaPixel camera.  Let me tinker with images she has taken and see what I can do.

What is skrimshawed on the grips of the silver one? Can't see enough detail.

Sent you a message w/ art attached, or www page where you can see essentially the same.  Only dif is that I ordered the absolute whitest Ivory I could get.  The art work is tiny dots filled in with ink.  You can post it if you like, but I opted for the safe side.  The artist who actually did mine was KDH, as near as I can make out the initilas.  It was done through Nutmeg Sports.

Gosh! that really looks good. My nickeled may be making a trip to USFA to have the standard grips put on.

Can you pm me with an email address?  I will send to there.  or go here.   www.kabstudio.com  do so at your own risk.  gun grips 3 is essentially one side, the other side was artists choice and was similar.

I thought I would put a sticky on this. so we would not have to go through 3 pages trying to find "the Pictures Pages".

Renamed it also.

Beautiful leather, Rusty!
You sure can't beat Paul Persinger for grips.  I have a couple of sets of one-piece ivory grips from him.
