Starting a full Parfleche kit.    This is the sheath, it will have a matching flap holster and a parfleche possibles bag.   This just needs some paint.

Where'd you get the tacks?  Are they plated, or are the heads solid brass?  Finding good solid-brass headed tacks has become a problem in the last 20-25 years!

I wish I could tell you where I got them.  I have had a big mason jar of them for ~20 years.  With that time frame, most of my shopping was the Dixie catalog.  Shanks are steel but heads are solid brass.
