Welcome to the forum!
Unfortunately, the early US "Patent" guns are not worth as much as the later USFA guns.  Early "Patent" guns were a mixture of American made and Italian import parts, finished and assembled here.  I believe that Uberti was the supplier of most of the imported parts, including frames.  USFA's are now 100% American made.  The transition from part import to all American was a gradual process.
I have seen USPFA in "as new," unfired condition selling in the $500 to $600 range.  They are pretty guns but the quality is not up to current USFA standards.
