Good evening all. Worked today at the gunstore and we were busy! Hit 92 but about 530 PM a thunderstorm rolled in hard. I barely made it home before the bottom dropped out, but our g'niece, who works in town got off at 6PM and called asking to come here instead of trying to get to her house [farther away with bad roads]. So she made it here, we had pizza that LadyC made using a new crust recipe [really turned out well] and the temperature is now 66!

Good evening all, nice day at Church today, then a relaxing afternoon. Our Church holds our Morning Sunday School and then Service, we usually get out at 1130, then have an Afternoon Service at 1PM. It is really nice once you are used to it. It also makes the later day nice with not having to get back out. Got my Sig p365 XL cleaned and back together after putting replacement sights on it. Then worked on my latest mud puppy, another "bubbaed" S&W Victory Model, getting the mainspring installed.

Back from the match, weather was perfect, my shooting wasn't. Ended up with 2 misses and 2 procedurals.I was 93rd/ 187 overall and 11th/17 in category. would have been 3rd in category without the penalties and extra time on those stages.

Good afternoon, 82 here and raining off and on, thankfully none of the forecasted thunderstorms have rolled through. Mt g'niece's volleyball team won their first game last night, so that was fun. Might make another pot of coffee before heading out into the train area to try to figure out a problem. Been successful the last few days clearing up some minor tasks that had us/me stumped for a few days.

Greetings all.

I am home from firefighting. Going into a well-earned 5 day weekend.

Only thing of note that happened was our truck giving up the ghost. The laundry list of issues is not worth the typing, but suffice to say it's either getting new engine/trans or going to the tin can factory.  In the mean time, we're running around in a Dodge 1/2 ton.
