EMF Hartford-Uberti

How does the EMF Hartford made by Uberti compare to the other Uberti manfactured guns?  Are they like Cimarron and fit and finished over here in the US?  How does their level of quality compare to the other out there like the Great Western (pietta) and ASM/AWA?
