Been down that road.

The question may be more about how to assure a buyer that your barrel performs.

I have had barrels, not repro-Spencer's, that had issues, but shot well; even won medals. Proof's in the pudding, so to say.
If a prospective buyer is concerned, one way to eliminate doubt would be to supply a test target you shot with all info. Then give the buyer mutually agreed return privledges. Yes, who can say if a buyer will duplicate your results. Otherwise, your barrel and chamber would have to be inspected by a qualified gunsmith for internal dimensions. Even then, that's no guarantee of accuracy.

I waited a couple days to see if others responded. Maybe silence is an answer.

Anyway, so you aren't hanging:

First, the 45 Colt cartridge has a relatively narrow case rim that can lead to cycling issues which can only be evaluated by test cycling a full seven (dummy) rounds from the magazine.
Next, verify that the firing pin strikes are well centered.
Be sure the trigger pull weight is satisfactory to you.
With you being in Canada, have a clear, written agreement about who pays for Warranty work and shipping costs, especially via a Canadian intermediary, to a U.S. location.

Thanks Abilene. I ordered one and when checking it out at the FFL, I noticed no back strap/trigger guard screw.

DIY is pretty easy, just grind or saw off 1/8 to 3/16" and round the end a little then polish.

I have one Pietta and changed the base pin to Uberti.

Maybe someone will chime in who knows better, but I seem to recall a discussion a few years ago regarding Uberti changing from 2-piece to 1-piece grip frame on the Bisley. The parts lists and diagrams still show a 2-piece but they could easily be out of date.
