To all members of the Department,

Two recent enlistees, Zouave Officer and  Artificer Ray, have volunteered to work at getting some activities started in some areas of the Department.

In this effort Zouave Officer is focusing on the South Eastern United State while Artificer Ray is concentrating on New York and New England. I urge everyone to give these two all the support and cooperation you can.
