buffalo camp supplies

I am putting together a buffalo camp in the mid 1870's. If I would  outfitted it at Dodge City I am looking for some help on authentic provisons such as flour, sugar, coffee,etc. would these have  came in bags? I got a can of baking powder made by the Grand Union tea co. Is there anyone who has reproductions of these type articles
