I bought a Navy Arms (Uberti) 1875 Schofield in 44-40.  It was made or imported around 1995, has a 3 digit serial number in the 400's. It is the Cavalry Model, 7.5 inch barrel. It has the armourers cartouche, but lacking the US marking that Cimarron has.  It did come with the original box, which is also a reproduction of a box S&W made in 1875-76. It is covered in sort of a wall paper, has a hinged lid, and the pistols instructions are printed inside the lid. The previous owner had also put the pages of an American Rifleman review of the gun in the box, along with a 1995 brochure of Navy Arms guns.  I could only scrounge 19 smokeless rounds to shoot, all my 44-40 is loaded with BP. But it shot an inch above point of aim and a 1 1/4 inch group at 15 yards. Very pleased.
