  Nice looking conversions. I like the darkened grips also. I have two 51 s with long barrels and a 61 with a long barrel that hasn't been relined. I like them all, but I am intrigued by the 5 1\2 " barrels.

Thanks. I ended up with 6, 7.5" barreled 51 Conversions and they were all looking the same so I wanted to change a pair up. I darkened the grips and bought some 5.5" barrels and I really like the look of them now.

Enjoyable video. The dark stain on the grips really make the brass triggerguard and backstrap really pop. I would suggest exchanging the ball cap for something more in the time period, though.  ;)
