The 2020 Division of Missouri Muster is set for the 5th Sunday in March, 29-MAR-2020. Shooters meeting 0930, Firing commences at 1000.
$30 shoot fee, all GAF classes honored. Chili, crackers and coffee on site. Rain or shine!
3 Skirmish runs, and a "Mad Minute" rifle match.
Average daytime temp 60 degrees. Directions found here: http://copsrange.com/direct.htm
We're right next door to Ft Leonard Wood, plenty of accommodations in the area. The base has an excellent museum, though closed on sunday. This is the off season, local accommodations are VERY reasonable. The range is also not far from one of the best preserved sections of old Route 66, including Devils Elbow, and Hookers Cut.

I will put it on my calendar

Hi
FIFTH Sunday I might could be there ASSUMING that the current match schedules don't change. CMP Sporter matches on the 4th Sunday of the Month. I like the part where I can drive there without being on the road all day.

If i'd thought about it, I would have had the 2019 match on the 5th sunday. Seems less regular stuff gets planned for those days. From now on, the DIVMO match will always be on the LAST sunday of March.

As OK Tom would say "Damitol"
My son-in-law's bull sale is always the 4th Saturday and my presence is "required"
-
Well, that's a load of bull, ain't it? ::)

BTT. Stay healthy y'all. Keep away from weddings and funerals. Submit applications to CinCHome ahead of time. Wear wool and flannel. I will be deploying my mobile CP the day before on site.

Hey Drydock, does calling it a Mobile Commsnd Post instead of an RV make it deductable??

😁😁

When I got my Mobile Command Post I'd have really liked to have gotten the EM-50 Urban Assault Vehicle instead

Yep, too bad the only prototype was somehow lost in eastern Europe after the wall came down . . .

Skirmish concepts: Boxer Rebellion/China Relief Expedition, 1st Phase: mid June to mid July 1900.
1st run. You will be aggressively defending the locomotive of the Seymour expedition. There will be exploding things.
2nd run. You will be making an amphibious assault on the Taku Forts. You will be in the initial wave, thus your boat will have a Maxim gun. (If no water to float on)
3rd run. You will be assaulting the fortified city of Tientsin. Precision rifle fire will be needed. Working on artillery support.
Highly recommend a sling.
-
It appears we have artillery. ;D

I just got my vacation time approved at work, so I'm planning on being there (Scout class again - no room in the safe for another rifle).
Snidely Whiplash

Most excellent! We look forward to your mellerdrammer presence!

Gentlemen and Ladies of the Brigade, it is with heartfelt disappointment that I bring myself to cancel the DIVMO Muster. I had a dozen commitments from 5 states, but with increasing travel restrictions, motel and restaurant restrictions, too many have had to pull out. I understand, and while holding out hope until the last, it has come to this. My sincere regrets, as I think I had something really special planned for all attending. We'll try it again next year.
-
I have regrets also Sir, we have been looking forward to the MO Muster for a long time. I hope and pray things will return to normal ASAP, the current situation SUCKS! (to put it mildly)
Stay healthy everyone
Respectfully yours, Major B.N.Scotty

I too regret not being able to see everyone, but I know it's the smart move.
