Pros:
Cocks easily and is fairly accurate.
Cons:
Stamping of Importer and Manual offer on Barrel and Ejector Housing
I just picked up a copy of this revolver with the 7 inch barrel. My first Navy Arms/Uberti Schofield (Serial 226) developed cracks in both the frame and cylinder after ten years of Cowboy Action Shooting. This new model is a sweet machine. It cocks easier than my first gun and lends itself to as great a potential as my first Uberti product. However there is a fly in the ointment. My original purchased Schofield had it's markings as a military piece well places as the original S&W did with the maker's name stuck in an unobtrusive spot.
This new piece has NAVY ARMS plastered on the right side as well as an advertisement for a manual stamped on the barrel and ejector housing. My first Schofield did not have this eyesore stamped on it and was asthetically pleasing to the sight. It's sad that Navy Arms desided to emulate Ruger's disfigurement of an otherwise beautiful handgun.

Pros:
Just about everything
Cons:
sights are a bit crude
The gun I have is the Navy Arms Russian. Excellent gun. Very well made. Amazingly accuragte despite a rather crude rear sight.

Pros:
Excellent gun, great for duelists
Cons:
Sights take getting used to
I recently purchased an Uberti Schofield in .38spl. The gun is nickle plated and absolutely gorgeous. Once I got used to the sights, keeping the shots within a 6in. circle at 15 yards was no problem. Highly recommend to anyone.

Pros:
Shoots to POA the best of all my revolvers
Cons:
They don't make them to shoot black powder
Excellent fit and finish, my 5" bbl model in Blue is a fun gun to shoot. I just would like them to manufacture them so they would shoot black powder better, like the originals.
