My Chosen Alias (The story behind and how I picked it):

When I first started in SASS in 1998, my first choice alias was "Two Guns" given to me by a very dear friend of mine, that was a Native American. That was taken and I could not use it, so I settled for my business name of Arizona Six-Guns.
However, that never felt right to me.
A couple years after that, my family and myself went to Rawhide (an 1880s Old West town in Scottsdale, AZ), where I had worked at as a gunfighter in my earlier years. I also met my wife there. My wife was talking to a lady in one of the shops, telling her I'd worked there and my character's name was "Rio". My wife made the comment, "yeah, he is Rawhide Rio".
I called SASS HQ the following Monday, and changed my alias to "Rawhide Rio"
