Job and life changes have led me in different directions, No longer have my hat company and now have a real job. Still love to shoot CAS and ride as much as I can work into my schedule.
Still hang out occasionally at Walker 47 with my good pards. Celebrating 27yrs of happiness to my loving and understanding wife Lyniie Belle. Kids are all grown up with careers of there own. Life moves on, but wouldn't change the road it took to get here for anything!

My Chosen Alias (The story behind and how I picked it):

Was born and raised in the Buckeye state,in North Eastern Ohio which is pretty flat, hence The name "Buckeye Flats". Grew up watching all the TV westerns in the 50's and 60's. I knew I was either going to be a cowboy or a fireman! Well, cowboying won out!I tend to dress as a Vaquero or California 1800 cowboy, Love that southwest look and the food!

2 /4 5/8" stainless steel Ruger Vaqueros /.357 cal.{with all the action work}by Bob Shaw

1/20" 1866 Yellowboy {in the white}.38sp.{love this rifle, it's a shooter}

1/20" Marlin 1894 Cowboy saddle rifle,.357{carried this in my scabbard the 2 yrs I cowboyed}

1/20" 12ga /1897 Norinco{Norchester, has as many Winchester parts inside versus the rest of the shotgun}

1/20" 12ga /Stoeger SXS, still like shooting this style of shotgun(it is what I grew up with)

All leather is custom from David Gregor @ Walker 47, my design, but his craftmanship {all 3 rigs sets, you can never have to many}

Other information I would like to share:

Grew up in the outdoors hunting, fishing which lead to a career as a mountain guide for about 20 years while still keeping in touch with my cowboy spirit by Rodeoing{Team Roper}, Team Penning, and a two year venture as a working cowboy for some local ranches{So. Cal.} My brother and I have a 5 acre horse ranch in Sky Valley, Ca.{just east of Desert Hot Springs}. We own a horses and a mule, which we ride/trailer all over the Southern California. So as most of us I am a cowboy by heart and spirit, and love to shoot CAS!!Oh yes! I am a self-proclaimed bonified GAMER! and Love it!
