Very nice article on the front page of the Prairie Star newspaper on Christian-fiction author Terrye Robins who will be the guest speaker at the Moline Public Library. Hopefully there will be a nice group attend. By attending we are not only gaining some insight on her writings but we also show the library board it is worth their efforts to be doing extra things for us the citizens of this wonderful area we live in. See you there on Weds. Oct. 21st at 4:00pm. Barbara Clubine

A dozen or so people attended. Ms Robbins is a retired school teacher, lives in a smaller town, and has Christian values. She writes about what she knows and she was very easy to listen to as she gave a book review on one of her books. She travels to various towns and promotes her books. I enjoyed the event and everyone else that attended was pleased.
This past Weds. four of us attended a mini class on buying and selling on the internet. Kristi taught this class and it made you feel comfortable going home and doing it on your own. Am looking forward to more classes and more events at the Moline Library.
Thanks for asking. Barbara
PS You are looking mighty fine. Very proud of you. Keep up the great work!

Thank you, Barbara.  I have been trying to learn how to sell my used books to amazon.com.  where I work we have lots and lots of used books that we are selling.  I see them go out in packages everyday.  If i get that one figured out, I'll let you know.
