I wrote this one my first or second year of college.

Confession

I Confess.
I Profess!

"I love you," I softly say,

But frankly dear,
it's your silence I fear,

So I'll turn
and walk slowly away.

I'll have to dig up some more from college. I know I wrote quite a few, but only some of them are good enough to share. The majority of them are ramblings of a young adult, trying to sound sophisticated and "deep" in order to impress her professors.
