Kathleen Ann "Kitty" Harrison, 60, of Longton, Kansas, loving mother, grandmother, and devoted wife, passed away on November 5, 2019 at her family residence in Longton, Kansas.  She was born December 5, 1958 to Roger and Margaret (Connally) Murray.

Kitty was raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1976.  She married Robert Harrison on September 28, 1979 in Orlando, Florida.

Kitty was a gifted artist and a creative spirit.  Living most of her adult life in Floresville, Texas, she painted prolifically, producing items such as community signs, t-shirts, and murals for both schools and businesses.  Family and friends often received hand-painted gifts for special occasions.  In 2009, Kitty and Robert retired to Longton, Kansas, and in September of 2019, they celebrated their 40th anniversary.  She was a life-long member of the Christadelphian community and held on to the Hope of the Grace of God.  She was an artistic soul and a devoted mother, and her premature passing will be deeply felt.  "Our dad will be lost without her, and we will be less without her".

Kitty is survived by her husband, Robert J. Harrison of Longton, Kansas; five children, Thomas (Eva) Harrison of Bloomington, Illinois, Jordan (Kristy) Harrison of Longton, Kansas, Richard (Maryoris) Harrison of Dallas, Texas, Samuel (Clarissa) Harrison of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Katelynn Harrison of Tulsa, Oklahoma; four grandchildren whom she loved very much; and four siblings, Arloa (Harold) Means of Floresville, Texas, David (Deborah) Murray of La Vernia, Texas, Jo Ellen (Thomas) Emerson of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, and Susan (David) Lange of Bloomington, Illinois.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her maternal grandparents, Plemon Oscar and Ida Mae Connally.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Crofts-Crow Funeral Home in Johnson City, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the Christadelphian Chapel, Hye Camp Grounds, Hye, Texas.  Burial will follow at the nearly Christadelphian Cemetery.  Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel of Coffeyville Kansas was in charge of arrangements in Kansas.
