I'll add a note. I did my usual thing yesterday sitting around doing nothing but enjoying the football games. A rather boring day all in all. A few weeks ago I mentioned that my 13 year old granddaughter had purchased a phone. Just before I went to bed last night she called me (first time she has done that) and wished me a Happy New Year! My day got a whole lot better when that happened. I don't know if her mother prompted her to do that but who cares. She did it and that makes me smile! ;D

A late Happy New Year to all.We've been battling severe cold (for here),snow, and ice... can't wait for the January thaw.
